Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and terms for canceling subscriptions, returning hardware, and obtaining refunds through Darefore, a service by Mirror 3D Lab Ltd, Cyprus.

 

Free Trial Returns

If you cancel your subscription during the 30-day free trial period, you must return the Darefore sensor within 7 days of cancellation to avoid charges. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise specified.

 

Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your Darefore account settings.
  • Cancelation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are given for partial months or unused time in a billing cycle.
  • If a subscription is renewed automatically and the user contacts us within 7 days requesting cancellation, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund as a courtesy.

 

Sensor Return Requirement (FLEX Plan)

    • If you cancel your FLEX subscription before completing 12 consecutive months of payments, you must return the sensor within 14 days.
    • Failure to return the sensor will result in a charge equal to the value of the remaining commitment (€13.99 × months left until 12).

 

One-Time Purchase Plan (PRO Plan)

  • PRO Plan purchases are eligible for a full refund if canceled before the order is shipped.
  • Once shipped, PRO Plan purchases are non-refundable unless the sensor is defective.
  • If the sensor is defective upon arrival, users must notify Darefore within 7 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
  • In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

 

Return Conditions

Returned hardware must:

  • Be in good working condition
  • Include all components (box, sensor, strap)
  • Be returned using a trackable shipping method

We reserve the right to deny refunds or impose fees if the returned product is damaged or incomplete.

 

Refunds

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approved return.
    • No refunds are issued for non-returned hardware, late returns, or unused subscriptions.
    • For faulty products under warranty (up to 2 years), users may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair.
