Thank you for using Darefore. If you need to return your Darefore sensor as part of your cancellation process, please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure a smooth return.

Return Eligibility

You are eligible (and required) to return your Darefore sensor if:

• You cancel your FLEX subscription before completing 12 consecutive paid months
• You cancel during the free trial period

If you have purchased the PRO Pack or completed 12 paid months, the sensor is yours to keep and return is not required.

Return Deadline

Your sensor must be shipped back within 14 days of your cancellation date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the remaining value of the 12-month commitment.

What to Include

Please include the following items:

• Darefore sensor
• Original strap
• Original packaging (optional but preferred)

Make sure the sensor is clean and in working condition.

Shipping Instructions

1. Package the sensor securely to avoid damage during shipping.
2. Use a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
3. Label the package clearly with your full name and order number.
