These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Darefore’s website, hub, mobile applications, sensors, software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, using our services, or accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
To use Darefore, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Darefore for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or modify the software
- Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform or violate any applicable law
User-Generated Data and Content
You retain rights to data you upload or generate through the Platform (e.g., performance metrics). By using Darefore, you grant us a license to use anonymized data for product improvement, research, analytics, and marketing.
Subscription Services
Access to certain features requires a subscription. Subscription terms (including free trials, renewals, and cancellation rights) are governed by our Subscription Terms & Conditions.
Hardware Usage
When using the Darefore sensor or hardware, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions
- Return the sensor if required by subscription cancellation terms
- Accept that Darefore is not liable for misuse or injury
Health Disclaimer
Darefore is not a medical device. It is intended for fitness and performance analysis. Always consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program.
Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Garmin, Strava, payment gateways, or analytics tools). By linking your Darefore account to third-party platforms, you authorize Darefore to exchange relevant data with those services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or accuracy of any third-party services. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Data Protection & Privacy Compliance (GDPR)
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Termination

All content, trademarks, and software are the property of Mirror 3D Lab Ltd or its licensors. You may not use our branding without permission.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.
