Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all subscription purchases and trials made through the Darefore platform, owned and operated by Mirror 3D Lab Ltd, Cyprus (“Darefore,” “we,” or “us”). By starting a subscription or free trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

  • Flex Monthly Plan: €13.99 / $14.99 per month
  • Flex Annual Plan: €139.99 / $149.99 per year (prepaid)
  • Pro Plan (One-Time): €249.99 / $269.99 one-time fee including lifetime access

All subscriptions include full access to Darefore’s performance analytics platform and a Darefore sensor.

 

Free Trial & Payment Authorization

We offer a 30-day free trial for eligible new users.

  • Your chosen subscription plan (monthly or annual) will begin automatically after the trial ends, and the associated fee will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

  • At checkout, you agree to pay only for shipping.

  • You must provide a valid payment method, which will be used to authorize and schedule future billing.

  • No subscription fee will be charged during the 30-day trial.

  • Your chosen subscription plan (monthly or annual) will begin automatically after the trial ends, and the associated fee will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

 

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscription charges begin automatically after the 30-day trial, unless canceled in advance.

  • Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).

  • You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period—no partial refunds are issued.

 

Sensor Ownership Terms

  • The sensor is included for free with an active subscription
  • You gain ownership of the sensor after:
    • 12 consecutive months of paid monthly subscription or an annual plan
    • Immediate ownership with the Pro Plan
  •  If you cancel your subscription before completing 12 paid months, you must either:
    • Return the sensor within 7 days, or
    • Be charged for the remaining value of the 12-month term (€13.99 × remaining months)

 

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • If you cancel during your trial and return the sensor within the return window, no subscription charges will apply.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise state

 

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined:

  • We will retry the charge up to three times
  • After repeated failure, access to the Platform will be suspended and your account may be terminated

 

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued subscription after updates constitutes acceptance
