Coaching since 2009.

Have coached one-to-one all levels from Youth A up to Masters and all levels of capability/competitor, from Novice to Elite. Specialities include performance coaching from Youth A (16 year olds) up to Under 23, providing progression and capability in Road, Circuit racing and Time Trial; Success in progressing all levels of rider from Cat4 (novice) to Elite; Riders have gone on to become British Cycling Regional Champions and competing in National Race Series; Success in preparing Paracycling MT2 (trike) rider for selection into the Paracycling World Championships and GB Paracycling Podium programme; Improving bike performance for Duathlete/Triathletes competing in all levels including age-group Worlds; General mountain bike one-to-one for general off-road racing.

Additional information
Performance Coaching offers prescriptive coaching with an annual plan, including periodisation of training to achieve realistic goals agreed upon by the rider and coach. Assessing your current fitness level, we set heart-rate zones and determine the efforts needed for improvement. We identify strengths and weaknesses, create a tailored plan, and use fitness components to achieve SMARTER goals. This includes developing race-specific skills and tactics. Regular benchmark testing included.
